Booking: The combined student ticket is sold exclusively via the phaeno Service Centre, the costs for travel and admission are paid on site during the phaeno visit. Teachers can book their class visit to phaeno by calling 05361. 890 100 and use the "enno" as a ticket with the booking confirmation.

A day trip with a school class combines a simple and inexpensive return journey on DB Regio AG trains (RE, RB, S), Start Mitteldeutschland GmbH, Elbe-Saale-Bahn and Burgenlandbahn in Saxony-Anhalt to Wolfsburg with admission and a welcome at phaeno.
Price per pupil:in: € 21.70 (from 01/02/2026 € 23.35)
(Up to two accompanying persons per school class are free of charge at phaeno. The train journey costs €14.20 for them. Additional accompanying persons pay €25.45 for the train journey and phaeno). From 01/02/2026 € 28.80 (train journey € 16.80)

Teachers from Saxony-Anhalt have the opportunity to visit phaeno for the "Lernort phaeno" information meeting. phaeno offers regular "Lernort phaeno" dates. On these dates, teachers get an impression of phaeno as an extracurricular learning centre, information on exhibits and discovery tours, how a visit to phaeno with the class works and how topics can be integrated into lessons.
