Visitors have a wide range of opportunities to discover the fascinating world of phenomena in an activity area covering over 9,000 square metres. Over 330 exhibits and interactive stations take centre stage, inviting visitors to try things out and explore. Two visitor laboratories and the science theatre offer our guests even more opportunities to be fascinated and immerse themselves in exciting topics from science and technology. In the phaeno Shop EntdeckerBox with around 5,000 different articles from the world of science, young and old explorers alike will find extraordinary products - also as gifts.

FSJ Culture at phaeno 2026/27

Would you like to spend a year actively shaping our Science Centre? Then watch out: phaeno is once again offering an FSJ Culture position in 2026/27 - from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.

The central application process will run via the LKJ Niedersachsen from 1 February to 15 March 2026. Please indicate phaeno as your preferred placement.
