An event directly in the phaeno is a very special spatial experience and very impressive for guests. The unique building designed by star architect Zaha Hadid turns every event into an unrivalled experience. The experimental stations in the immediate vicinity are ready for exciting discoveries.
Usable area: approx. 500 m², expandable up to 1,800 m²
The so-called banqueting level is suitable for conferences and workshops through to cosy evening events. The large parabolic window facing south in the front area provides ideal daylight. The rear part of the banqueting level offers an impressive view of the entire experimental landscape.
The Science Theatre with 205 seats meets all the requirements for lectures, seminars or readings. Participants have an excellent view of the action. The room is already equipped with the appropriate equipment such as a large screen, projector, loudspeakers and various adjustable lighting elements.
The glazed area on the ground floor, the so-called Ideas Forum, offers space for up to 150 people. The perfect event location for a champagne reception, a product presentation or a workshop.

If you wish, we can take care of the catering for you and your guests. We have been working with a reliable catering service for many years. All rooms can be set up accordingly and catered for - whether finger food, buffet or drinks.
Technology and light illumination
We provide support in both consulting and realisation - we have also been working with a professional in audio and video for many years. Projectors, lecterns, microphone systems, whiteboards, screens and modern flipcharts are available in all rooms.
We put your event in the right light and take care of the lighting - both outside and inside.
Entertainment
We organise internal or external entertainment programmes. Book one of our phaeno shows or workshops. You need a DJ, a band, a cocktail bar or similar.

Guided tour of the phaeno: architecture and exhibits
In a short introduction by a member of staff, you will learn more about the special architecture and also about some of the highlights of the exhibition. Afterwards, everyone can explore the exhibition or special areas on their own. On request
