Photo transfer and rights of use
By uploading my photo via the entry form, I agree to make the image available to phaeno gGmbH free of charge - without any restrictions in terms of space, time or content as part of the campaign.
I grant phaeno all rights of use for all known media. This includes, in particular, publication:
Mention of the name
There is no right to be named as the author. If specified in the form, the name can be published voluntarily in connection with the image.
No remuneration
I expressly waive any remuneration or fee for the use of the submitted photo.
Image rights & responsibility
I confirm that I own all necessary rights to the image and that no third-party rights (e.g. personal rights, copyrights or trademark rights) are infringed by the submission. Should claims nevertheless be made by third parties, I will indemnify phaeno gGmbH against all claims - including any legal defence costs.
Withdrawal of consent
Should I wish to have my photo removed from the gallery at a later date, an informal message to: kommunikation@phaeno.de
