Conditions of participation.
The Advent Calendar 2025 competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram.
The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Facebook or Instagram, but the organiser of the competition is phaeno gGmbH.
- The organiser of the competition is phaeno gGmbH.
- The competition ends on 24.12.2025 at 24:00.
- Entries must be sent by e-mail to phaeno gGmbH. Multiple entries will be counted as a single entry.
- Comments that violate the Facebook guidelines, German law or copyright will be removed without prior notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.
- Persons resident in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry are eligible to participate.
- The winners will be selected at random shortly after the closing date and informed by e-mail.
- Winners must contact phaeno gGmbH within three working days, stating their full name. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be awarded again among all participants.
- All names of participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winner. All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment and cancellation.
- phaeno gGmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.
- Prizes in kind will not be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.
Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies. Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
